Deliveries

How and when do we deliver?  The Information below is for normal working days, please email or call us for Seasonal Events, such as Christmas.

Complete Meats currently dispatches orders recieved before 4pm on a Wednesday for a Friday delivery, this is for all orders received and fully paid for in advance.

We use a national courier company to deliver to the address specified by you in the order form. Residential or work addresses are fine but please ensure details and instructions are clear to avoid any confusion at your chosen place of delivery. We are unable to guarantee an actual delivery time.

We will email or text you a tracking reference number the day before delivery so you can track your order on the day. You can place an order anytime of the day and we will calculate your first available delivery date.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time but can ask the driver to leave your order somewhere safe if you are not in.  Please let us know any delivery instruction at time of ordering.

Deliveries may affected be during weeks with Bank or Public holidays.

Unfortunately we currently cannot deliver to the following destinations due to courier restrictions - Scottish Islands
, Northern Ireland
, Isle of Man
, Shetland Islands, 
Orkney Islands, 
Channel Islands

Please include any special delivery or leave safe instructions on the order form. Usually, the courier company will require a signature. If a signature is obtained we will be entitled to assume that that person is authorised by you to receive the products. 



At the time of delivery you or someone on your behalf must ensure that you are available to receive the products. Due to the perishable nature of the products and our commitment to supply products of the highest quality, where nobody is available to accept delivery on either of two visits by the courier and no appropriate “leave safe” instructions have been left for the courier, the products will be returned to us by the courier. In such cases we reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees. Where the product is delivered (or attempted to be delivered) in accordance with this procedure and your prior instructions, we will not be held liable for produce that has perished and cannot make any refund.

Our meat is fresh and packaged in a polystyrene box, vacuum packed and surrounded with ice packs so it is fresh on arrival. Upon delivery of the products we suggest that you immediately arrange to store the products in a freezer, fridge or other storage facility suitable for the product.

By prior arrangement products can also be collected from our retail shops in Honiton and Axminster.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery made in accordance with our procedure and your prior instructions.

Upon delivery you must inspect the goods within a reasonable time and notify us immediately if you have any problems; you will be deemed to have accepted the goods within 24 hours following delivery, and we will treat the products as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery charges to anywhere in the UK mainland *Subject to postcode restrictions

Orders up to £40 carriage £10.50 -  Currently only £9.99 as a special offer

Orders over £40, carriage £12.50 

-  Currently only £9.99 as a special offer
